My Miracle Morning Routine

I always knew there was something that would answer all of my questions.
My questions about life, love, joy and abundance.
Questions about myself and the universe. The connection between myself and the universe.
All of us.

Questions about living an enlightened life, mindfully and to the fullest of all my sensations & desires.

After practicing and learning about mindfulness and personal growth for a long time, I have never thought of properly structuring my morning routine; before anyone else wakes up in the house and before the world rises.
After reading a book called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, I have started thinking that it all makes sense.

.

I don't know if you're a morning person but I am, however not all the time. Sometimes I get to bed later than planned or I'm woken up at 3am by my baby. Other than those times, I am generally a morning person and I love waking up so early. 5am is the time I get out of bed and start my day.
If you're reading this and thinking, 'I'm not a morning person' - this is especially for you.
You need, need, need to read this book and transform your life!

Some might say- " I don't want to transform my life, I like it how it is ".

We all need growth, we all need development and knowledge.
We all are striving to be a better version of ourselves each day.

The Miracle Morning focuses on 6 practices to get you positively powered, manifesting like crazy and feeling amazing!
The results are fast too. From day 1, you will feel different.

Imagine having done more by 8am than most people by 5pm...Yes, it is possible and it's so easy + it gives you so much more energy, confidence and self belief.

I apply those in a slightly different order and I add something else of my own to it too.

I start off my Miracle Morning at 5am by making my morning elixir drink.
I add an energy supporting supplement to cold water as well as a digestion and gut health support (link1 + link2).
I also make warm lemon water to support a healthy digestive system and get the body working and waking up as well as the extra dosage of Vit C for my immunity!

I practice my MM in my livingroom. I have a comfy sofa there and fairy lights wrapping around a book shelf.
Next to me, on the side table, I have my Five Minute Journal (link) Documenting all that I'm grateful for and all that I wish to manifest into my life.
I also have a current book that I'm reading, right underneath the gratitude journal. At the moment I'm finishing off 'Calm' by Fearne Cotton.

Lastly I have my headphones always ready on the table as well as my pen; taking me along the ride of scribing and total meditation silence.

.

5 am - Wake up, brush your teeth & wash your face.

5:10 - Make your morning drink. I drink liquids that are good for my gut health and support me throughout the day.

5.15 - Start meditation. I use an app called Insight Timer. I have my favourite meditations saved in the app, however some days I might be feeling something else so I just go with the flow.

5.30 - Free writing in my journal app. Here I just take my thoughts out and put it in words, not thinking about the sentences making sense or having a structure. A lot of times I feel my spirit guides channeling themselves through my fingers, guiding me via free writing and the words that are appearing on my screen.

5.35 - Manifesting - I say my 12 everyday affirmations out loud x 5 (each). I then follow that by saying my goal out loud x 3 and at the end, I visualize. I have a vision video made and a vision board on my phone.

5.45 - Five minute Journal. Practicing gratitude.

5.50 - Exercise

6 - 20-30mins of reading

.

That is what my morning routine looks like! I hope this inspires a lot of you to get out of bed before most people do and implement a solid 'success routine' into your days. Especially during the current times! Come out of this stronger and better than you came in!

Love and peace
